And I hope it never is a prbelom; however, the simple fact is that it can be, and can be a huge one, and there is NOTHING a homeowner can do about it. I know of many situations where people I know were either run over by a HOA board or were one of the board members who ran over others (for sport it mainly seemed). I suspect that others here could recount stories about HOAs running amok. |
